Chris Mears fanfic (Chapter 5)
The second Chris and Nick hit the water, everyone lets out in a big cheer. People are standing up, clapping their hands, chanting “GB! GB!” For a short moment, I feel the blood return to my fingers as Tom lets go of my hand to applaud Chris and Nick’s performance. But by their last dive, I might as well not have any fingers at all.
